| 摘 要： | 高等教育大众化加剧了教育资源短缺的矛盾使得教育质量出现滑坡,而社会对人才的质量特别是创新能力的要求却不断提高,高校毕业生就业出现了前所未有的困难。高校必须改革人才培养模式以适应社会的人才观和教育质量观的转变,保障人才培养质量。

| Abstract: | The ever growing enrollments in higher education in conjunction with the shortage of university teachers and educational facilities inevitably have a negative impact on the quality of higher education.On the other hand,the social demands on professionals are diversified,and the criteria of education excellence and of professional talent are changing,which results in the difficulties for students to find a job after graduation.The higher education has to be reformed to adapt to such a trend.This paper proposes that the basic solution is to introduce the innovation education,and emphasizes the guidance of student career planning and employment,to ensure the quality of higher education. |
