| 摘 要： | 本文仅就意思表示错误效力所涉及到的三个问题略作探讨。当产生用语错误时，通过意思表示解释，对法律行为的客观文义予以矫正，使之体现出表意人的真意，并按矫正后的文义发生法律效力；在产生重要错误场合，本文探讨了不允许表意人行使法律行为撤销权的几种情形；最后本文还对传达错误的效力作了简要的探讨。

| Abstract: | This article mainly probes into three issues related to the validity of error in declaration of will.Firstly,when error of word usage in legal act happens,through interpretation of the will declaration,the objective meaning of the legal-act -textbook can be ractified to make it not only embody the real intention of the declaror of will but also go into effect according to the ractified word meaing. Secondly, on the occasion of major error,this article discusses eight situations of not allowing exercising the right of withdrawing the legal act. Thirdly,this article gives an concise inquiry into the effect of delivering error. |
