| 摘 要： | 运用Delphi法和文献法，对我国竞技体育项目整体发展水平及其影响因素进行分析，旨在为其在新奥运周期的战略定位与项目布局提供参考。结果表明：(1)我国竞技体育项目整体发展水平呈稳定性、集中性和均衡性的特征；(2)竞技体育优秀后备人才不足、教练员水平不能完全适应科学化训练的要求、基础项目薄弱是当前制约我国竞技体育项目整体水平可持续发展的三个主要因素；(3)新奥运周期我国竞技体育备战项目，在布局上应重点发展跳水、竞技体操、乒乓球、举重、射击、柔道等优势项目；在发展战略上应向女子项目倾斜，突出发展，特别是集体项目。

| Abstract: | By means of documentary and Delphi method, the authors analyzed the nations of high level competitive sports in the world and the whole strength of Chinese competitive sports events, at the same time the influence factors was discussed. The purpose was to reference tactic target and events distribution of Chinese competitive sports in the new Olympic games cycles. The results showed that (1) Tthe essential characteristic in the whole strength of China competitive sports events are stability, centrality and equilibrium; (2) There are three restricting factors in the whole strength of the Chinese team development processing. The first is a lack of teenage elitist, second is the coaches who are not adapted well to sport science knowledge, the third is a weak of basic sports events;(3)during the new Olympic Games cycles, the tactic target and events distribution of the Chinese team need to make first step on the events of diving, artistic gymnastics, table tennis, weightlifting, shooting, judo, and to leaning women competitive sports events, especially in group events. |
