摘    要:提出一种新型结构的永磁游标电机。该结构转子采用切向充磁的曲边梯形永磁体,并将转子轭外侧开槽,能够有效改善气隙磁场;定子内部开槽,能在保证一定机械强度的情况下,降低定子槽处的径向磁阻,改善磁场调制作用,从而提高永磁游标电机的性能。借助有限元法,比较分析永磁体结构参数、槽结构参数对气隙磁场的影响和定子内开槽的参数,得出初始设计参数。为了得到最优的新结构参数,采用田口法对初始参数进行了优化,使电机性能进一步提高。最后,将采用新结构的永磁游标电机和传统聚磁永磁游标电机的性能进行了仿真对比,结果表明:优化后的新结构电机能够增大气隙磁场基波幅值,提高波形的正旋度,改善了电机的输出转矩。

Abstract:A new type of the permanent magnet vernier motor is proposed. This rotor adopts the tangential magnetized trapezoidal permanent magnet with curved edge and grooves the outer side of the rotor yoke, which can effectively improve the air gap magnetic field. The internal slot of stator can reduce the radial magnetoresistance of stator slot and improve the function of magnetic field modulation, so as to improve the performance of the permanent magnet vernier motor. With the help of the finite element method, the influence of the structural parameters of the permanent magnet and the slot on the air gap magnetic field and the parameters of the slot in the stator are compared and analyzed, and the initial design parameters are obtained. In order to improve the motor torque, the parameters of slot in stator are compared and analyzed, and the initial design parameters are obtained. In order to obtain the optimal new structure parameters, Taguchi method is used to optimize the initial parameters, so that the motor performance was further improved. Finally, the performance of the new structure permanent magnet vernier motor and the traditional spoke-array permanent magnet vernier motor are compared by simulation. The results show that the optimized new structure motor can increase the amplitude of the air gap magnetic field and the positive rotation of the wave.
