| 摘 要： | 在世界经济全球化和开放经济的条件下，一国和一地区要制定和实施其经济发展战略，必须放眼全球，充分认识自身优势与不足，因地困时制宜，找到解决问题的根本途径。本文从参与国际、国内分工合作的角度对我国西部地区的开发进行分析，提出了西部开发的战略选择。

| Abstract: | Under the conditions of the globalized and open economy, if one country or one area is going to lay down and carry out its strategy of economic development, he must fully realize its own advantages and disadvantages from the view of the whole world, and then find the essential ways to solve the problems based on the local conditions and occasions. This essay tends to analyze the Western Development from the angles of participating in international and domestic labor-division and cooperation , and put forward strategic choice of Western Developmeny . |
