| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、体质测试、血清钙含量测定等研究方法，分析河南省高校困难学生体质与膳食结构。结果显示：经济困难大学生日常热能摄入量基本接近国家推荐标准，但因生活消费水平较低，膳食结构不均衡，优质蛋白质、动物脂肪和矿物质、维生素的摄入量不足，因而造成肌肉、骨骼、躯干的发育水平低于非经济困难的学生，呈显著性差异。提示有关部门加以重视，采取应对措施。

| Abstract: | It used the research methods of questionnaire, physical quality measurement, serum calcium content measurement etc. to analyze the physical quality and fare structure of the poverty university students in Henan province. The results reveal that the poverty university students' intake of calorie is basically close to the standard recommended by state, but because of lower consumptive level, their fare structure is imbalanced, and insufficient intake of high-quality protein, animal fat, mineral and vitamin makes the developing level of their muscles, skeletons and trunks lower than that of non-poverty students, the difference is significant, which reminds the departments concerned to pay attention and adopt countermeasures. |
