| Abstract: | This article introduces the production technology of tea saponin from tea seed cakes.It focuses on the research of extraction and purification of tea saponin.In this article,the authors compare the advantage and disadvantage of three ways of extracting tea saponin from tea seed cakes: the way to extract tea saponin with water as the solvent,the way with organic solvent and the way with mixed-solvent.With this comparison as a basis, the authors offer some proposals in this article in the end. |
