网络广告的类型及其法律调整

摘    要:互联网以其跨时空、跨地域、图文并茂的双向传播信息的超凡魅力,为人们创造了无限商机。互联网使广告和商业交易充分地结合在一起,使网络广告的类型呈多样化的趋势。网络广告具体来说,它是指商品经营者或者服务提供者承担费用,以互联网为传播媒介而发布和传播的介绍自己所推销的商品或者提供的服务的商业广告。网络广告作为一种新型的营销手段而逐渐成为网络媒体与广告界的热点。从此,网络广告开始进入主流的传媒行业。本文介绍了网络广告的各种类型,浅谈了各自的特点,重点分析了各类网络广告的法律调整。

Abstract:Internet creates endless commercial chances for people for it's great ability to disseminate image and text information across times and across districts Internet combines advertisement with commercial exchanges,therefore,making internet advertisement represent the trend of diversity Definitely,Internet advertisement refers to the commerical advertisement by which the goods dealers or the service providers assume the cost,disseminate the goods or the services through the Internet Internet advertisement has becme the focus of the Internet media and advertisement industry From then on,Internet advertisement entered the main media industry This paper introduces the diverse types of the Internet advertisement,discusses briefly their characteristics,analysis mainly the law modulation of all types of Internet advertisement
