| 摘 要： | 传统的DEA模型评价决策单元相对有效性，将决策单元分为有效和非有效两大类，不仅无法对决策单元有效性进行排序，而且也无法获得与决策单元有关的管理信息。本文提出评价决策单元DEA有效的两阶段法，不仅解决了对所有决策单元的排序问题，而且对非DEA有效的决策单元解决了如何调整投入产出水平使之达到相对有效的有关管理决策信息。

| Abstract: | Traditional DEA models evaluating the relative efficiency of DMUs classify DMUs into two classes of the efficiency and the inefficiency. In most of the cases, these methods do not rank DMUs, and can't get the relevant management information with DMUs. In the article, a new method evaluating the relative efficiency of DMUs is proposed. Not only can the method solve ranking DMUs, but also it can get the relevant management information with DMUs. |
