| 摘 要： | 运用献资料法、数理统计法和Cattell-16PF量表对排球专修班与对照组学生的个性特征进行了测量与评价，采用实验法对学生的个性培养进行了研究，结果表明防守训练对学生个性的培养具有良好的作用。
