| 摘 要： | 职业教育教学管理坚持"以人为本"是发展和改革职业教育的客观需要.应树立"以学生为本"的教学管理观,在专业设置和课程开发方面体现"以人为本"的思想,在制定教学管理制度和教学方法上引入"以人为本"的理念,在师资队伍建设上坚持"以教师为本",鼓励教师积极参与管理,增强其责任感和主人翁感.

| Abstract: | Taking human centered principle in vocational education and teaching management is the objective demand of developing and reforming vocational education.Vocational schools should set up student-oriented teaching management idea,implement human-centered idea in specialty provision and curriculum development,make human-centered teaching management systems and teaching methods,and establish teaching staff centered on teachers so as to encourage teachers to participate school management positively and enhance their sense of responsibility. |
