电大试点中期评估与总结性评估的比较与思考

摘    要:“中央广播电视大学人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”项目实施六年来,进入了验收性、鉴定性、总结性的评估阶段,其目的是进一步明确电大发展方向,确立现代远程教育的教学模式、管理模式和完善相应的管理制度,提高人才培养质量。本文通过笔者在参与试点评估的过程中对电大试点开放教育中期评估和总结性评估的比较分析,阐述了电大试点评估的意义,前后关系,试点评估承前启后的思想理念,以此透视试点人才培养模式的发展过程,并指出了总结性评估后试点单位向下延伸面临着新一轮的压力和教学质量的挑战。

Abstract:The item,that "personnel training mode innovation and open education making experiments of the China Central Radio and Television University" which has been operated for six years,has come into the assessment phase of acceptance,evaluation and summarization.That aim is to know the trend on R&TV university,create teaching mode,managing mode and managing system of modern distance education and raise personnel training quality.This paper compares the medium term assessment to the summarization assessment through making experiments assessment,and expounds the significance of making experiments assessment,the relation and thought inheriting the past and ushering in the future,gaze at the history of personnel training mode in this way,and points out the challenge of instruction quality after the summarization assessment.
