从广东高考科目设置改革的实践看高考与基础教育的关系

摘    要:高考改革与基础教育密不可分,应充分发挥高考对基础教育的积极导向作用。本文从广东省高考改革的实践,论述了高考改革与基础教育相辅相成的关系。在推进素质教育实施方面,高考改革的价值取向与基础教育课程改革理念一致;在基础教育尚未建立完善的自身评价的制度前提下,高考不能是单纯的选拔性考试;基础教育课程的多样性和选择性与统一的高考须在保证公平性的前提下实现;高考科目设置、考试内容的改革受制于高中课程改革但不等同于高中课程改革;高考自身的局限性对基础教育改革的制约。最后提出高考改革应与基础教育评价制度改革并行。

Abstract:The college admission system reform is quite related with the secondary education.In this aspect,we should make full use of the its guiding role to the secondary education.This paper discusses the complementing relations between the two from the practice of the college admission system reforms in Guangdong province.In the aspect of promoting the implementation of the quality-oriented education in secondary schools,the admission system reform' s value orientation is quite the same with the principle of the secondary education course re- forms.Before a satisfactory teaching quality evaluation system has been founded in secondary schools,the college entrance test can not just be a selective test,to some degree,but also a criterion-referenced test.Under the premise of ensuring the fairness of the college admission system,the diversity and selectivity in the high school courses' offering should be taken into consideration.Although the college entrance test courses' set and the test contents reform are under the control of the high-school courses reform,it does not mean that they are the same.This paper also elaborates that the unitary examination system will also limit the secondary education reform because of its own restriction.At last the paper draws a conclusion that the reform of the college admission system should run parallel with the reform of secondary education evaluation system.
