| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员是高校里的一群特殊群体,承担着重要的大学思想政治教育工作,是大学生生活上,学习上不可或缺的良师益友。该文立意于分析当下高校辅导员队伍的现状,并由此探究其专业化建设的可行性路径,以提高高校辅导员专业化水平,促进辅导员队伍自身建设及发展。
