| 摘 要： | 社会主义道德与社会主义市场经济的适应，说到底是物质利益与精神动力如何互动问题。社会主义初级阶段公民的道德建设必须建立在对利益的分析和整合的基础之上。公民道德建设的价值取向是个人利益与社会利益相统一的集体主义，价值目标是实现全体人民的共同富裕，价值认同是个人的合法利益。从行为主体、行为领域和行为本身来看，价值理性道德和工具理性道德的有机统一，要坚持尊重公民合法权益与承担社会责任的统一，要注重效率与维护社会公平相协调，要实现先进性与广泛性的有机结合。

Comment about the Adaptation of Socialist Morals and Socialist Market Economy——And Comment about the Unification of Rational Moral of Value and Tool Moral of Value |

| Abstract: | The adaptation of socialist morals and socialist market economy, in fact, is a problem that how material benefits and spiritual motive forces interact. Citizen's moral construction in the early stage of socialism must be established on the basis of the analysis and integration of benefits. The value orientation of citizen's moral construction is the collectivism on the unification of personal benefits and social benefits. To realize the wealth of all the people is our value target, and the value approbation embodies personal legal benefits. From the points of the behavior body, the behavior realm and the behavior itself , the organic unification of rational moral of value and tool moral of value must insist in unifyint respecting citizen's legal rights and undertaking social duty. Meanwhile, we must try to balance the efficiency and social fairness and realize the organic combination of advance and extent. |
