| 摘 要： | 改进和完善实验技术岗位聘任制对高等学校加强实验队伍建设,提升实验技术岗位人员服务教学和科研的能力,提高对本岗工作的积极性和主动性具有重要的意义。本文介绍了实验队伍建设的重要性,分析了目前存在的问题,并据此提出了聘任制改革的思路和措施。

| Abstract: | h plays an important part in enhancing laboratory team construction,promoting the ability of laboratory techinician to serve the teaching and scientific research and raising the enthusiasm to do the job that we reform the assignment system of laboratory technician post. The paper introduces the importance of the team construction,anylizes the problems and puts forward some measures of the assignment systemn reform. |
