| 摘 要： | 当前的思想政治理论课在高职学生职业素养的培养上存在教学内容分界不清,目的性、指向性和有效性不强等问题,因此,厘清思政教育和企业培训、专业教育、职业规划和就业指导之间的界限,明确思政课在"职业人"职业素养的培养中承担的角色,能做到什么以及如何达到效果是思想政治理论教学的立足点。

| Abstract: | There now exist some problems in the ideological and political theory course in higher vocational colleges on how to develop the professional ability of the students. The contents of the course are not clear; there is no specific teaching objective;and the efficiency of the course doesn＇t meet the expectations. Therefore,it is necessary to define the boundary between ideological and political theory course and other cources and issues such as academic training, company training,professional education,career plan and job guidance. The author analysed the role of the ideological and political theory course in developing the professional ability of the students,strategies to guarantee the teaching quality,and the objectives of the course. |
