| 摘 要： | 本文从社会对于工业设计人才的要求入手，从企业的视角提出了工业设计人才应该具备的能力和素质，分析了现行的人才培养体系存在的问题，探讨了如何通过从纵向挖掘学校教育资源、从横向拓展可用社会资源，构建一个立体化的系统性的工业设计人才培养体系。

| Abstract: | This paper explored the demand of the society for industrial design talents, proposed the needed ability and quality from the perspective of enterprise, analysed the problems in the current training system, and finally discussed the construction of an all-round systematic talents training system for industrial design through making the most of school resources and available social resources. |
