高职院校教师综合素质模糊评价

摘    要:建立合理可行的高职院校教师综合素质评价综合体系。从思想政治素质、教学素质、双师素质等八个方面构建综合素质评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定指标权重,采用模糊评价模型自底向上逐层完成评价数据处理。完整地获取评价对象综合素质各方面的评价信息,评价对象对评价结果高度认可。层次分析与模糊评价相结合的高职院校教师综合素质评价体系简便、可行,评价信息全面、结果合理。

Abstract:It is to establish a comprehensive evaluation system for comprehensive quality of higher vocational college teachers. The system consists of eight components: ideological-political awareness, arts of teaching, professional certification, etc. The system is weighted according to AHP, and measured by means of bottom-up fuzzy evaluation. A complete report of the teachers comprehensive quality is obtained with their ratification. A comprehensive evaluation system with the joint of AHP and fuzzy evaluation for teachers is convenient and applicable, providing all-round information and rational results.
