| 摘 要： | 当代大学在传统“知识管理”制度之外，“知识交易”倾向不断上升，“知识交易”理念成为当代教师学术职业的重要立足点。为此，大学教师发展需要建构新的价值体系和绩效评价机制，协商并调整大学内部的文化及其管理。
