| Abstract: | This paper presents a scientific exploration of the analysis and assessment of high-tech enterprises' technologic innovation capabilities, by applying the method of system engineering and ISM. Combining with enterprises' practice of XI'AN high-tech area, it focuses on the application of these methods and the results analysis. Some proposals and solutions for management are also raised in the paper. |
