| 摘 要： | 应用型本科的办学，是一个重大的理论和实践课题，需要进行积极的研究和探索。专升本，既是办学层次的历史性跨越，更是办学类型的重大转变。只有认清应用型本科的内涵、特征，才能理清思路，既保本科本色，又创应用特色，实现专科向本科的过渡和转型。必须认清学校起点和改革形势，有针对性地开展应用型本科建设，在教育观念、培养思路、教学管理、行为习惯等方面全方位地进行改革，以真正办出应用型本科的特色，保持其贴近经济、切合市场需求的活力，满足现场一线对高层次专业技术人才的需求。

| Abstract: | Applied undergraduate education is an important program in both theory and practice,demanding our positive research and exploration.Transformation from professional training college education to undergraduate education is not only a historic leap in educational level,but also a great change in educational type.Only after recognizing the connotation and character of applied undergraduate education can we keep the characteristics of undergraduate education,and at the same time,set the characteristics of application,so as to guarantee the smooth transition and transformation from professional training college education to undergraduate education.We must see clearly our starting point and reform situation,and develop our applied undergraduate education with specific aim.We should have an overall reform in education concept,cultivation way,teaching management etc.,aiming to maintain the characteristics of applied undergraduate education,which can keep close to economy,meet the demand of market,and satisfy the demand of high-level professional talents from on-the-spot sites of production and works. |
