| 摘 要： | 特许经营是一种适应市场经济规模化、全球化、资源配置最优化的商业和贸易经营方式。特许经营涉及的法律问题诸多，竞争法（主要是反垄断法）是其中的重要组成部分。拟针对特许经营中的纵向非价格限制竞争行为——搭售行为进行分析，探讨我国特许经营中搭售行为反垄断法律规制的基本思路。
