学校道德教育的范式重构:从规范本位到育人本位

摘    要:规范本位道德深受理性主义的影响,至今仍是主导学校道德教育的主流意识形态。规范本位德育寻求道德规范的普遍性,过于倚重道德理性,易陷入知行必然合一等认知陷阱,在认识与实践中存在“见物不见人”的弊病。道德规范的普遍性、强制性与个人道德发展的特殊性、自发性之间始终存在不可调和的矛盾。综合社会生态系统理论等多学科视野,德育范式的重构在方法论上应以生态系统思维代替理性崇拜,在道德发展观上应以社会生态建构观代替线性发展观,在道德教育的主旨上应以育人为本位,即专注于学生发展。“育人本位”的道德教育要求建设道德学校、聚焦学生的成长需要、教师拥有实践智慧。

Abstract:Normative morality is deeply influenced by rationalism, which is still the mainstream ideology guiding school moral education. Normative moral education seeks the universality of moral norms, relies too much on moral rationality, and is easy to fall into cognitive traps such as the inextricable unity of knowing and doing. There is always an irreconcilable contradiction between the universality of ethics and the individuality of the particular personal moral development. The social ecosystem theory integrates multi-disciplinary vision, replaces rational worship with ecological system thinking in methodology, replaces linear development concept with social ecological construction concept in moral development concept, and educates people based on the development of individual morality. Thus, it requires building a moral school and focusing on the growth needs of individual students.
