| 摘 要： | 人的全面发展是社会发展的最高目标。在全面建设小康社会进程中促进人的全面发展,既需要坚实的物质基础、政治保证和文化环境;生态文明、和谐社会的建设也不可缺少。只有社会诸要素的协调发展,才能努力促进人的全面发展———全面建设小康社会的目标之一。
