| 摘 要： | 21世纪是海洋世纪。一个国家、民族对海洋的开发、利用和对海洋权益的争取和维护,在很大程度上取决于他们对海洋价值的认识。青少年如果自幼就能受到现代海洋意识的熏陶,这一代青少年掌握国家命运之日,也就是意识淡薄的历史时代宣告结束之时,也就是我国海洋事业欣欣向荣、中华民族繁荣昌盛之时。

| Abstract: | The 21st century is the century of the sea.A country with its marine development,utilization and maintenance of the marine rights and interests depends on a largeextent on their understanding of the marine value.If young people can strong senses of the application of modern marine awareness,this generation of young people tend to master the nation's destiny.Meanwhile,the weak awareness of the historical era is going to the end,which indicates the prosperous cause for our marine industry and stead rise of our nationality. |
