| 摘 要： | 中国企业"走出去"是企业自身和中国经济可持续发展的战略需要。但"走出去"的道路并不平坦,不仅会遇到贸易壁垒、劳动力成本、文化和管理理念的差异等问题,而且要承受由各国法律制度的差异造成的法制环境方面高低不同的风险成本。中国企业要"走出去",必须重视对东道国法制环境的研究与咨询,尽量少走弯路,降低投资风险,实现所期待的投资利益。

| Abstract: | For Chinese enterprises,"going out" is a strategic need of sustainable development for both businesses and Chinese economy.However,it is a tough task to do so,which will encounter such difficulties as trade barriers,cost of labor force,cultural and administrative differences.Moreover,the otherness of the legal systems of the host countries also makes the risk of investment all the more different.So if Chinese enterprises are to "go out",it is indispensable for them to attach importance to the study and investigation on the host countries' legal environment,which can help avoid detours,reduce the risks of investment and finally gain the profits from the capital. |
