| 摘 要： | 文章通过分析Z市民办教育的现状发现,非高等民办教育的发展还存在社会层面、管理层面及民办学校自身层面的一些问题,促进民办教育的发展需要管理部门完善政策的配套措施、增强执行力,提高民办教师的待遇和地位.同时,学校自身加强内部管理,走内涵发展之路.
