| 摘 要： | 研究生管理主要有招生和培养两个基本环节，作为一种特殊的教育行为，作为主体的管理者以作为客体的研究生教育目标为中间链节，应对研究生的教育价值需求，来选择行为范式。这种行为范式应具有怎样的教育内涵和价值因素，笔者在分析的基础上给予了界定。
