| 摘 要： | 在分析近五年国内外专利授权数据的基础上,认为技术创新存在着明显的区域差异.进而利用技术联盟理论,对基于区域的大技术联盟合作创新系统框架进行了构建,并对合作创新关键问题--资源共享的安全问题进行探讨,提出了分布式区域大技术联盟共享资源进入控制管理系统和合作单元的信任评价方法,算例证明了该方法的实用性和有效性.

| Abstract: | This paper builds a novel framework of cooperative innovation system in regional technological alliance based on analysis of plenty of domestic and foreign patents in the past five years using the alliance theory.The security issues of sharing resources are discussed at first.Then the distributed-access control management system in regional technical alliance(RTA) and the trust evaluation methods between partners are proposed.A followed example proves that the method has enough practicality and effectiveness. |
