| 摘 要： | 新形势下高校学生党建工作面临着一些突出问题，解决大学生入党动机至关重要。大学生入党动机很大程度上受其逆反心理的影响，逆反心理的多种存在形式决定了入党动机的多样性。分析、解决和排除大学生的逆反心理，使学生树立正确的入党动机，是高校为社会输送高素质合格人才的需要，是党的事业取得最终胜利的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Under new circumstances,Party Building of the college students is facing series of protruding problems.It's significant to solve the matter about motivations to join the Party.The motivations have been deeply influenced by their rebelling spirit,of which its multi-form of existence determines the diversity of the motivations.To analyze,solve and remove the rebelling spirit of college students as well as to erect the right motivations are the necessities for colleges to provide the qualified talents and the guarantee for the final success of the Party causes. |
