| 摘 要： | 知识管理是目前管理领域研究的热点之一。知识管理的对象是人类对客观事物认识的结果，这些结果可以分为数据、信息、知识和智慧等。认清数据、信息、知识和智慧的概念及它们之间的关系是建立与运行知识管理系统的前提。本文分析、归纳了国内外一些学者对数据、信息、知识和智慧的定义，提出了作者对这些概念的理解和认识，并对它们之间的关系进行了详细分析。本文认为数据、信息、知识和智慧之间具有本质的区别，是非连续的，它们各自处于不同的认识层次。数据、信息、知识和智慧之间的联系在于前者是后面的基础与前提，而后者是前者的发展并对前者的获取具有一定的影响。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,knowledge management(KM)has become a hotspot in management field.The object of knowledge management is the results of understanding impersonal exist by human being.The results may be divided into four classifies as data,information,knowledge and wisdom.To establish and run a knowledge management system,it is the precondition that recognizing the conception of data,information,knowledge and wisdom as well as the relation among them.In this paper,the definitions of data,information,knowledge and wisdom put forward by some scholars are analyzed and summed up.The understanding and the acquaintance on these concepts of the author are indicated.The relationships among these concepts are also analyzed in detail.The author considers that there are some essential differences among these concepts.They are non-continuous one another,and are located on different understanding hierarchy respectively.The relationship among data,information,knowledge and wisdom is that the former is the base and precondition of the latter,and the latter is the development of the former and has considerable effect for obtaining the former. |
