| 摘 要： | 随着全球经济的一体化,市场竞争越来越多地表现为供应链与供应链间的竞争.在这一新的经济形势下,知识协同成为实现供应链企业知识存量增长的重要机理.本文在探讨供应链企业知识协同动因的基础上,构建了基于知识协同的供应链企业知识存量增长机理模型,并从模型的核心内容-知识协同机制来剖析供应链企业知识存量增长的内在运行机理.研究表明,知识协同能够增加供应链企业的知识存量,知识存量的增长能够提升整个供应链的竞争优势.
