| 摘 要： | 随着计算机技术的运用,信息高速公路使传统的信息传播系统发生了质的飞跃,我国信息网络的建立,为网络化高校图书馆的形成创造了千载难逢的机遇,高校图书馆充分发挥自身的资源、人才、技术、信息方面的优势,积极开展信息咨询服务。
