| 摘 要： | 北海市涠洲岛拥有丰富的自然生态景观和独特的历史人文景观.北海市涠洲岛在旅游开发中存在着生态环境破坏、海域严重污染、旅游配套设施滞后、景点开发水平低等问题.着眼整个岛屿的可持续发展,制定岛屿旅游发展的总体规划、拓宽投融资渠道、加快旅游基础设施建设和打造系列高端旅游产品等来进行旅游资源的正确开发.
