运动训练“节律交替理论”的基本思想

摘    要:鉴于目前对运动训练分期理论的争议,训练与比赛脱节的现实,赛前竞技状态调控较为困难等情况,为发挥运动训练理论对实践的先导作用,提出了运动训练“节律交替理论”的基本思想。主要包括:运动训练包含“生物节律”、“训练节律”和“目标节律”三个基本阶律,运动训练的基本过程为“训练—比赛”的交替循环发展,竞技能力提高与节律调整的互动前行伴随着运动训练、比赛的全过程,“训练—比赛”交替和能力提高与节律调整互动是一个有机整体,训练活动与训练主体是整个运动训练系统最为能动的因素,运动训练中要把握好运动训练基本思想、专项特点与比赛需要等。

Abstract:In view of the recent discussion in the sports training stage theory and phenomena such as the disjoint between training and game,difficulty in control of athletic fettle before the match,and in order to exert the guidance of sports training theory to practice,this article puts forward the basic idea of rhythm alternation theory in sports training.The idea includes the contents as follows:there are biorhythm,training rhythm and objective rhythm in sports training;the basic process of sports training is the alternative cyclical development of "training competition";the improvement of athletic ability and the rhythm adjustment are involved in the whole process of sports training and competition;the alternation of training and competition and the interaction of ability improvement and rhythm adjustment are the integrated organic body;the training activities and training subjects are the most active factors in the whole sports training system;we should grasp the basic idea of the sports training,the features of special subject and the requirements of the competition.
