| 摘 要： | 从传统建设项目的管理模式出发,简单分析了由于人为划分导致的各种弊端。借鉴集成管理的基本思想,提出建设项目集成的SIPOC(供应商-输入-处理-输出-客户)模式,并就如何在建设项目内部进行SIPOC集成进行了深入探讨。根据项目实施阶段的不同, 构建由不同参与方组成并承担相应责任的动态联合组织。由联合组织对参与方活动和项目团队工作进行整合和优化,并通过动态调整的方式支持建设项目不同流程之间的无缝连接。根据建设项目的实际情况,对动态联合组织的核心领导小组进行了分析。最后,结合深圳某大厦的开发实际,对该模式的应用及其效益进行了初步展望。

| Abstract: | Starting from the traditional management model of construction project, this paper analysed some drawbacks briefly caused by artificial separation. Learning from the basic thought of the supply chain management (SCM), the SIPOC model (Suppliers—Input—Process—Output—Customers) of the construction project integration is proposed, and how to carrying on SIPOC model within the inter-construction project is discussed deeply. According to the different stage of project implementation, the dynamic united organization is established, which is composed by construction participants and undertakes corresponding responsibility. Through the united organization, the single participant activity and project group's work are combined and optimized, and the seamless link between different procedures of construction project is supported through the dynamic adjust. Based on the reality of construction project, the key-leading group of the dynamic united organization is analyzed. Finally, the application and benefits of this model is illuminated combining the development practice of Shenzhen Benyuan Building. |
