| 摘 要： | 大学作为一种知识机构和育人组织,具有自身的文化品性和运行逻辑,大学组织文化则是大学组织自身特性及内在品性的集中体现.但从我国目前的大学文化及大学精神的状况而言,它在某些方面出现了文化失灵现象.由此,作为大学主要组成部分并在大学运行过程中起主导作用的教师,应该在充分认识自身任务和使命的基础上,从物质、精神和制度等层面重建大学的组织文化.

| Abstract: | As an organization where people can get educated and cultivated, university enjoys its own cultural attribute and functioning principle. The organizational culture of a university is characteristic of its specific features and inner quality. As far as the universities in China are concerned, however, such organizational culture has gone malfunctioning to some degree. Therefore, as the leading part in university, teachers should have a full knowledge of their duties and take the role of reconstructing the organizational culture mentally and institutionally as well as materially. |
