| 摘 要： | 集群知识对绿色创新的作用已受到关注,但相关研究忽视了不同集群企业跨界搜索策略对绿色创新的影响,且尚未揭示这种影响的管理认知情境。文章整合跨界搜索与管理认知理论,分析了集群外部与内部跨界搜索对绿色创新的影响,以及机会解释、威胁解释和矛盾解释的调节效应,并利用309家集群制造企业的数据进行实证检验。结果表明：集群外部与内部跨界搜索对绿色创新均有倒U形影响；机会解释增强集群外部跨界搜索与绿色创新之间的关系,而削弱集群内部跨界搜索对绿色创新的作用,威胁解释的调节作用与之相反；矛盾解释正向调节集群跨界搜索与绿色创新之间的关系。文章在丰富跨界搜索与管理认知相关研究的同时,为集群制造企业实现绿色创新提供了理论借鉴。

| Abstract: | Although the impact of external knowledge on the green innovation has attracted much attention, the relevant researches about the effect of boundary-spanning search strategies on green innovation have been neglected, and the impact of management cognition situation has not been revealed. Integrating the theory of boundary-spanning search and management cognition, this research investigates the effect of boundary-spanning search outside the cluster (BSOC) and boundary-spanning search within the cluster (BSWC) on green innovation, as well as the moderating effects of opportunity interpretation, threat interpretation and ambivalent interpretation. Using the data of 309 manufacturing firms for empirical testing, the results show that BSOC and BSWC have an inverted U-shaped effect on green innovation respectively. Opportunity interpretation strengthens the relationship between BSOC and green innovation, but weakens the relationship between BSWC and green innovation. The moderating effects of threat interpretation are opposite. The ambivalent interpretation positively moderates the relationship between BSOC/ BSWC and green innovation. This research not only enriches the literature of boundary-spanning search and management cognition, but also provides theoretical reference for manufacturing firms to carry out green innovation. |
