| Abstract: | This paper firstly analyzes the consciousness and practice of the right of "using the library service", the disposition structure of public authority, the library professionalism organization and the library legislation. With a comparison with libraries abroad, the author mentions four factors that influence the library right of the public. However, the paper also considers that Chinese libraries should go on its own way to promote the development of Chinese librarianship. |
