| Abstract: | Based on statistics of the flood havoc and drought injury in Guangdong Province, it is conclused that the calanities made heavy disastrous and their appearance were frequently case. It was discussed that the flood havoc is formed mainly by sterm and regional flood, the drorght injury is formed mainly by the difference of the precipitation time-region distribution. Therefore, measures and coutermeasures were given for disaster reduction. |
