课堂管理策略探究

摘    要:加强课堂管理知识和技能的培养,已经成为世界性的发展趋势,而我国高校教师在课堂管理理论与实践上的欠缺严重影响了高校教学改革的进程。本针对这一问题提出一些课堂管理的策略:理解并满足学生需要,创建积极的课堂人际关系,激发学生学习动机,以期引起高校教师对教学微观世界的重视。也想通过对课堂管理策略的讨论消除教师对课堂管理的恐惧,让教师真正完成教书育人的历史使命。

Abstract:Strengtening the cultivation of knowledge and skill about schoolroom administration has become the tendency of the world development,but university tutors deficiency of theory and practice on schoolroom administration has had a grave effect on university reform in education.The paper puts forword some tactics of schoolroom administration aimed at this problem:understanding and meeting the demand of the students,establishing active interpersonal relationships in schoolroom,stimulating the study motive of the students in order to arouse university tutors paying more attention to teaching microcosmos.The article intends to remore tutors the dread of schoolroom administration by the discussion of schoolroom administration tactics.
