| 摘 要： | 改革开放30年来，人们的法律意识和社会主义道德观念也在逐步增强，因而构建一个民主、法制、各阶层和睦相处的社会主义和谐社会已成为可能。同时应该充分认识到还存在一些严重阻碍和谐社会构建的问题，如果不尽快解决这些问题，构建和谐社会的设想就难以实现，还可能会出现一些意想不到的后果。进而指出了阻碍和谐社会构建的两大问题，并提出解决这两大问题的路径，目的在于进一步明确今后构建社会主义和谐社会的主要任务。

| Abstract: | Reform and opening up the past three decades, China＇s comprehensive national strength has leaped to the forefront of the world; the people＇s living standards greatly improved. Economic, political, cultural and other constriction has made brilliant achievements ; the people are the masters of the position have been further consolidated. People＇s legal consciousness and the socialist moral values are gradually increased. And thus to build a democracy, the rule of law, all sectors of socialist harmonious society, harmonious co - existence has become possible. However, in the face of the achievements at the same time we also need to keep a clear head; more should be fully aware that there are still some serious obstacle to building a harmonious society the problem, if not as quickly as possible to resolve these problems, we have the idea of building a harmonious society would be difficult to achieve, but also may be some unintended consequences. This pa- per points out two major obstacles to build a harmonious society, and made to solve the twin problems of the path; intended to further clarify the future of building a socialist harmonious society＇s main task. |
