| 摘 要： | 在全球国际化的市场环境下。企业正面对变化迅速的生存与发展环境，如何持久保持良好的发展势头，基业常青，这一问题越来越引起企业管理者的高度重视。优秀的企业文化是企业可持续发展的内驱力。企业应该结合自身和时代的特点，从精神到制度再到精神，通过塑造优秀的企业文化来推动企业的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Under the market environment of the global internationalization, the enterprise is facing the existence and development environments of quick chage, it is more and more high emphasized by management of the business enterprise how to keep on a good development and the evergreen property. Excellent business culture is a kind of internal force of the business development. The enterprise should combine itself with echo characteristics to push sustained development by molding the excellent enterprise culture from spirit to system to spirit. |
