| 摘 要： | 高校教师承担着教书育人、科学研究、服务社会三方面的责任与压力,极易产生不同程度的心理问题。高校教师心理福利以定期心理健康普查、心理援助与心理培训为主要内容,有利于缓解其心理压力,维护其身心健康。国家应从颁布法律、设置机构、划拨经费、配备人员、评估成效入手,构建具有中国特色的高校教师心理福利机制,以维护高校教师的权益,健全国家福利体系。

| Abstract: | Bearing the responsibility of educating,researching and serving the society,university teachers often feel pressed and suffer from some psychological problems.Their mental care should include regular mental examination,mental assistance and mental training.It will be conducive to alleviating their mental pressure and maintain their physical and mental health.The state must start to construct a university teacher mental care mechanism from legislation,funding,personnel,organization setting,and evaluation so as to safeguard the rights and interests of university teachers and improve the national welfare system. |
