| 摘 要： | 《新课标》的颁布,为全体教师(包括职前教师和在职教师)教学技能的评价带来了新的思路。在分析传统教学技能评价弊端的基础上,依据新课程倡导的教学评价观,从评价理念、评价策略、评价模式三个方面提出了基于新课程的教学技能评价体系的构建,对当前高师院校教学技能的有效评价具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | The establishment of New Courses bring in new thoughts of teaching technique evaluation for the faculty(including pre-positional teachers and occupational teachers).Based on the analysis of disadvantages of traditional teaching techniques,this article bring forward the structure of teaching technique evaluation system,according to views in New Courses,from the aspects of evaluation concept,evaluation strategy and evaluation model.It will be worthy of reference in effective teaching technique evaluation for colleges and universities nowadays. |
