| 摘 要： | 操作风险已日益上升为银行业的首要风险,操作风险控制已成为我国商业银行风险控制的一个重要领域。二十年来,银行信息化建设在我国金融领域取得了巨大的成就,而组织学习作为一种新兴的管理理念和管理手段,也有效地促进了我国商业银行管理水平的提高。IT建设和组织学习对商业银行的操作风险控制必然存在天然的推动作用。通过对我国商业银行IT建设、组织学习和操作风险控制的数据调查,借助于结构方程模型的全模型检验方法,可以对IT建设与组织学习在我国商业银行操作风险控制上的传导机理进行经验性的解析,从而为我国商业银行提高IT建设和组织学习的功能、加强操作风险控制提供了可靠的理论借鉴。

| Abstract: | Operational risk has been the first risk of banking industry,and an important domain of risk management.The election construction has acquired great achievement for twenty years and the organization learning regarded as a new management thought and method has improved the management capability of our commercial bank.There is natural encouragement for operational risk control from IT construction and organizational learning.The theory identification is provided for the development of IT construction,advancement of organizational learning and improvement of operational risk control with the full model method and by data investigation for these three management action and through the empirical analysis for theirs affection mechanism. |
