| 摘 要： | 武术在中华民族传统文化中占有重要地位，近几年产生了一些有关武术的知识产权纠纷，武术的知识产权保护值得关注。武术名称、武术口述、文字、音像作品、武术套路、武术秘笈等都可以成为知识产权保护对象，可以通过商标权、著作权、未公开信息等方式保护武术的知识产权。

| Abstract: | Chinese Wushu is an important part of traditional chinese culture. Cases on intellectual property of Chinese Wushu attract more attention on the issue of intellectual property protection of Chinese Wushu. Names of chinese Wushu, oral works, written works, audiovisual works, Wushu repertoire , the secret book and so on, can be the protected objects of intellectual property of chinese Wushu. Chinese Wushu can be protected in terms of trademark rights, copyright, undisclosed information and so on. |
