| 摘 要： | 从分析提出"体育强国"概念的时代背景以及内涵和外延入手,指出我国向体育强国迈进需要慎重把握与体育精神、体育文化的契合,需要以人为本制度的支撑和保障,认为建设一个公正、客观、普适的评估标准和社会体育发展指标是很必要的先行工作.

| Abstract: | From the analysis of the time background,as well as the intension and extension?of powerful sports nation,this paper puts forward that our country are moving towards to powerful sports nation,which needs to carefully grasp the conjunction of the sports spirit,the sports culture and needs to support the people oriented system.The author also thinks that it is necessary to construct a fair,objective,general appraisal standard and a social sports development index. |
