| 摘 要： | 目前衡水市乡镇中学英语专业师资队伍严重短缺,教学任务重,教学方法手段落后,培训机会少。对此,应加强专业英语教师队伍建设;建立校本培训模式;充分利用网络资源,实施点对点远程培训;优化继续教育课程设置;创造宽松的教改环境等措施。

| Abstract: | At present, in the township middle school in Hengshui City, there exist some problems that include the serious shortage of professional English teachers, excessive teaching tasks, backwardness of teaching ideas, methods, and means, less training opportunities, and so on. In this regard, it is essential to strengthen the building of professional English teachers, to establish the school-based training model, to take advantage of the Internet resources for individual training, to optimize the continuing education curriculum reform, to create a relaxed environment for teaching reform. |
